	DAVID TAYLOR, OPERATIONS DIRECTOR 817-430-MARY david@thetaylormadeteam.com David took early retirement from a local aerospace firm to become the Operations Director for the TaylorMade Team. He helps the team improve their real estate skills and to grow. He also implements new programs that will help the Team serve their clients more effectively. David also helps with Team administration.

Taylor graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Speech Communications. She went on to sell pharmaceuticals with Merck Pharmaceuticals. She later joined the TaylorMade Team as a Buyer Specialist and has been in the real estate industry for 18 years. Steffani was invited to work with a top real estate consulting company, Corcoran Consulting, as a Buyer's Agent Coach. She has coached buyer's agents across the country on how to best service their clients. Steffani currently works as a Listing Specialist and the Senior Buyer Specialist with The TaylorMade Team.


	SHELLEY EDWARDS, CLIENT CARE Shelley@thetaylormadeteam.com Shelley came to work with the Taylormade Team when she was a sophomore in college as a runner for the team. Through the years she came up through all the departments, graduated from college with a marketing degree, and now does offsite marketing for the team.
